I will do a market analysis on the home to make sure you don't pay too much for your home. (2.) I'll check to make sure that there is not a sex offender living next door. (3.) I make sure that the home has never been used as a meth lab. (4.) I will check the zoning on any open space around your home to insure you won't be surprised to find out an undesirable establishment is going in. (5.) I’ll check with the regional building department for any work that has been done on the home without a building permit. (6.) Having lived here all my life (since 1953) I know the areas you will not want to buy in. Areas over old coalmines, mills, slide areas, and areas with bad soil conditions.

I’ll guide you through the entire process, negotiating your offer, inspections, obtaining a mortgage, title work, homeowners insurance, and closing. The seller of the property pays my fee, so all of these services are free for you!
